• All purchased deals must be booked by the end of November, 2024.
• Single deal = 1 person travelling and staying in 1 room. Twin share deal = 2 people travelling and staying in 1 room.
• Must be 18 or older to check in (with a valid ID).
• Credit/debit card and photo ID are required at check-in.
• Deals are for single and twin share travellers. Group bookings can also be requested by contacting us at escapetheworldtravel.inc@gmail.com.
• Any modifications to reservations must be requested at least 21 days prior to the scheduled departure date and are subject to availability. No modifications are allowed within 21 days of the intended departure date. Any price discrepancy for modifications is directly charged to the travellers upon approval.
• Room upgrades may be available, upon request.
• Please note: The itinerary may be adjusted or altered to best suit your preferences, comfort, and availability. Any changes made may be subject to incremental charges.

•For booking less than 5 weeks in advance a surcharges may apply for immediate booking.
• Air surcharges of AUD$ 185/pp may apply for booking on peak seasons, public Holiday, and School holidays.
•Travel tax surcharge may apply (Note all flights are tax inclusive).
•Extra charges for extra bed and linen may apply
•Bookings are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable once booking is confirmed.
• Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.
• All payments will be forfeited for no-show travellers.
•Travel insurance not included; customers are advised to purchase appropriate cover after booking.
